Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, a major life transition, or just feeling stuck, I focus on helping you understand your patterns, build real tools, and create change that actually lasts.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or disconnected from yourself, I help you make sense of what’s actually going on underneath it – the stress, the patterns, the shutdown – and build a way forward that actually holds up.
Shaped by years around trauma, crisis response, and high-pressure environments, my approach stays practical and real: understanding your patterns, building tools you can actually use, and creating change that lasts beyond the session.
